VISIT TO NATO BY THE PRESIDENT OF ARMENIA MR. ROBERT KOCHARIAN, ON WEDNESDAY, 23 JUNE 1999

The President of Armenia, Mr. Robert Kocharian, will visit NATO Headquarters on Wednesday, 23 June 1999 to meet the NATO Secretary General, Dr Javier Solana. >MEDIA ADVISORY (not for publication)

PROGRAMME OF THE VISIT

15:00 Arrival of the President of Armenia. Open coverage on a first-come, first served basis

Followed immediately by meeting with Secretary General. In view of the limited space available, only a limited pool will be authorized to cover the beginning of the meeting.

15:30 Main entrance. Meeting with press. Open coverage.

ACCREDITATION

Journalists wishing to cover the visit of the President of Armenia will be allowed into the NATO premises on presentation of a NATO accreditation pass or a valid press pass. Photographers and cameramen wishing to be part of the Restricted Pool should contact Mr. N. Fiorenza.

VISITE A L'OTAN, LE MERCREDI 23 JUIN 1999, DU PRESIDENT DE L'ARMENIE, M. ROBERT KOCHARIAN

Le President de l'Armenie, M. Robert Kocharian, effectuera une visite au siege de l'OTAN le mercredi 23 juin 1999, pour y rencontrer le Secretaire general, M. Javier Solana.

PROGRAMME DE LA VISITE

15 heures Arrivee du President de l'Armenie. Couverture non restreinte, suivant l'ordre d'arrivee.

M. Kocharian s'entretiendra immediatement avec le Secretaire general. Faute de place, seul un groupe restreint sera autorise a couvrir le debut de la rencontre.

15h30 Entree principale de l'OTAN. Rencontre avec les representants des medias. Couverture non restreinte.

ACCREDITATION

Les journalistes souhaitant couvrir la visite du President de l'Armenie seront admis au siege de l'OTAN sur presentation d'une carte d'accreditation OTAN ou d'une carte de presse en cours de validite. Les photographes et les cadreurs souhaitant participer au groupe restreint devront contacter M. N. Fiorenza.
